Welcome to the Chowchilla Elementary School District’s online New Student Registration site!
This site allows you to quickly start the process of registering a new student in the Chowchilla Elementary School District.
Registration for the 2017-18 school year is open.
This is just one part of the registration process. You will need to visit your student’s school, which will ask for additional information and documents such as immunization forms.
You must have a valid email address to use this system. Please click here to create a free Gmail address before getting started if you do not have an email account.
The registration process takes approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume registration at a later time.
During the registration process you will be providing information about your student. It is recommended that you have this information available when starting:
- A valid email address
- Legal name of student
- Parent/Guardian name
- Current home address, and mailing address if different for student
- Emergency contacts
- Language information
- Information on any previous enrollments at other districts
During this process you will be asked to click on and download applicable registration documents.
Upon completion of the online registration forms you will need to print the forms and bring them and the documents listed below, in person to your student’s school, or the Chowchilla Elementary School District located at 355 N. 5th St, Chowchilla CA.
Registration is not complete until you have provided the following documents to the Chowchilla School District:
- Proof of Age: copy of Birth Certificate
- Proof of up-to-date required Immunizations
- Printed registration forms
